  • Testing out new ideas

Delivery Phase

The size of the group depends on your requirements but generally we work with 25-30 participants. We follow the 4 Stages of Learning:

Examine current behaviours

Participants will watch a scripted scene, reflecting the specific issues that exist in your workplace culture. This immediately engages the participants as we hold up a mirror to their workplace reality

Meditate and acknowledge what changes are needed

a) acknowledge what isn’t working

b) to agree there is a need for change

c) to outline what that change entails

Brief the workplace actors in roleplay scenarios

Using a technique called Forum Theatre

  • Your employees watch our actors perform an improvised workplace scenario
  • They pause the action to coach our experienced workplace actors
  • Our actors respond to the coaching and participants witness alternative outcomes in real time
